Summer holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education and a Master of Science in Education in Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University. She works as a digital instructional coach and math teacher at Tecumseh Junior High School in Lafayette, Indiana. In her digital instructional coach role, she trains school staff on digital learning and technology integration. Summer defines meaningful learning as “learning that is rooted in significance and purpose.”
