Dr. Victoria Lowell is a associate professor in the Purdue College of education, teaching in the program Learning Design and Technology. Victoria has doctorate with a dual foci in Distance Education and Higher Education Research Institutional Policy, and a masters of education in Educational Technology. She is interested in the use of technology to increase learner self-efficacy and collaborative learning.
