Ever thought to use comic books in the classroom? In this session, the presenter will share their story about why it is beneficial to use comics and how they have crafted their use of comics over the course of 3 years. Comics have served as a great tool for developing a strong culture of literacy in the classroom. While utilizing technology to support comics inclusion is not always necessary, technology tools will be discussed for making comics. Both Book Creator and www.pixton.com will be introduced.
