Dr. Devin Arms (CETL) serves as the Director of Technology for the Tippecanoe School Corporation where he leads educational and infrastructure technology activities for over 13,700 students and 1,500 staff. Devin strives to provide equitably distributed, innovative technology solutions that improve the quality of education for students, reduce administrative burden on our educators, facilitate parent engagement, and eliminate operational inefficiencies. In his current role, he has overseen an expansion of his district’s student one-to-one initiative, the adoption of an enterprise learning management system, enhanced cybersecurity measures, and has deployed numerous infrastructure updates. 

Devin is active in professional organizations such as the Indiana CTO Council, the Consortium for School Networking, and the International Society for Technology Educators. Devin is a member of the Indiana Department of Education’s K-12 Cybersecurity Task Force and serves locally on the Board of Directors for the Right Steps Child Development Center. Devin has earned four post-secondary degrees from Ball State University: a Bachelor of Science (Elementary Education); a Master of Arts (Educational Administration); a Specialist of Education (EdS in School Superintendency); and a Doctor of Education (Educational Administration). A devoted husband to Marisa and father to Evelyn and Alice, he and his family reside in West Lafayette, Indiana where they are active members of the community.
